Dave Kaemmerer lives in the Saint Louis, Missouri area with his wife, four dogs, four mules, and three cats.

His hobbies include 30 years of recreating, teaching, and training in mounted and ground medieval martial arts and jousting. Dave also enjoys trail riding, camping, WWII scenario paintball, steampunk, archery, competitive defensive handgun shooting and is a gaming addict including Role-playing games, Board games, Video games(Console, PC, and VR).

He is an avid reader of Sci-Fi, Fantasy, Horror and medieval history books since he was old enough to read.

Dave is a mule fanatic and enjoys training, competing and talking your ear off about mules.

Dave enjoys storytelling and creating new worlds and adventures real and imagined. Much of his writing is based on his hobbies and experiences.

Dave has written for various mule magazines and blogs over the years and was a staff writer for Mules and More magazine for a number of years.
